- At Pearlum Candle, we aim to process and ship your order promptly. Our typical processing time is between 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods:
- We utilize USPS Priority Mail 2-Day Shipping to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. This service typically provides delivery within 2 business days after processing. However, please be aware that this is an estimated delivery time and may vary depending on factors beyond our control.
- While USPS Priority Mail is generally reliable, unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, and other factors may occasionally cause delays in delivery. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
Undeliverable Packages
- In the event that a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for a corrected address. If we cannot reach you or receive a corrected address, a refund will be issued for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.
